Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in establishing Sympera as a leader in the AI space within the financial services sector, building strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to craft compelling value propositions and establish long-term relationships with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
– Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the financial services sector.
– Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, including banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions
- Client Relationship Management:
– Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and senior leaders.
– Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and aligning Sympera’s solutions to meet their needs. - Strategic Partnerships:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with start-ups and growth companies.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial institution operations; familiarity with AI, CRM platforms, or analytical tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with enterprise clients and interact effectively with C-level executives.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand and present complex value propositions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
