Sympera was founded by a team of fintech and banking technology veterans with decades of experience building and scaling platforms for financial institutions. The founding team includes David Sosna, who previously co-founded Actimize and later founded and led Personetics, along with experienced leaders across banking, AI, data, and enterprise technology.

After years of working with financial institutions around the world, the team saw a persistent gap: banks had made significant progress applying data and AI to areas such as risk, fraud, and digital engagement, while relationship bankers still lacked the intelligence needed to consistently identify where to focus and what action to take next.

Sympera was created to address that gap. Built in close collaboration with relationship bankers, the company is focused on helping banks strengthen and scale relationship banking by turning their strategy, data, and market signals into more effective banker action.
